As part of our Summer Solstice celebration, we made a Swedish Midsommar inspired picnic dinner. We made quick pickles (simple pickle with lots of dill, potatoes with dill (the Swedish version is essentially the same as the Ukrainian version we've shared before), and our Hot Smoked Salmon Dip!
